My order from shopsmartcanada.com arrived with zero damage, which surprised me a bit. I was half ready to blame the delivery guy if the box showed up crushed, because shipping can be rough sometimes, but whoever packed this did a solid job. The box was clean, taped up well, and everything inside was perfectly fine. Happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from Shop Smart Canada, the item itself was totally fine. The delivery part, though, wasn’t no smooth process. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, and the package ended up showing up later than the date they originally gave me.

I had to reach out to support just to figure out what was going on, and their answer wasn’t really no help either, vague. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive on time.

The return itself went okay, but the refund took longer than I expected. I did eventually get my money back, so maybe I was just being impatient, but it felt a little slow at the time
